Hey there, fellow vault dweller! You know what's been bugging me lately? That mysterious brother of Lucy, the iconic vault dweller from Fallout. We all know Lucy, right? The one who started it all in Fallout 3. But her brother? Now that's a mystery wrapped in an enigma, wrapped in a power armor suit.
So, How Old Is This Mystery Man?
Well, let's dive into the vault and find out! First off, we know that Lucy was born in 2258, and she was 19 when she escaped Vault 101. So, let's assume her brother was born around the same time. That would make him... drumroll... 19 in 2277, the year Fallout 3 takes place.
But wait, there's a twist! You might be thinking, "Hey, wasn't Lucy's brother supposed to be older? You know, since he was supposed to be the one to lead the vault?" Well, you're not wrong, my friend. According to the original plan, Lucy's brother was supposed to be the one to open the vault door when the time came. But as we all know, plans change. Lucy beat him to it, and the rest is history.

So, What Happened to Old Man Brother?
Great question! We don't know for sure, but we can speculate. Maybe he was just a late bloomer, took his sweet time growing up. Maybe he was off exploring the wasteland, having adventures of his own. Or maybe, just maybe, he's still down there in Vault 101, waiting for the right moment to make his grand entrance.
Now, you might be thinking, "But wait, didn't we see a guy who looked like Lucy's brother in Fallout 4?" Ah, yes, the enigmatic Calder. He's got that same rugged charm, that same 'I've seen some stuff' vibe. But is he Lucy's brother? Well, that's a mystery for another time, my friend.
Why Does It Even Matter?
You know what? It doesn't. Not really. It's just a fun little mystery to ponder while we're out there, fighting super mutants and raiders. It's a reminder that even in a world gone mad, there are still questions left unanswered, stories left untold. And that, my friend, is what makes the Fallout universe so darn interesting.
