Hey There, Percy Jackson Fans! Let's Chat About His Age in 'The Trials of Apollo'
So, you've been diving into Rick Riordan's 'The Trials of Apollo' series, huh? That's awesome! You know what's been tickling my curiosity? Percy Jackson's age in this series. I mean, time flies when you're fighting monsters and saving the world, right?
First things first, let's remind ourselves where we left Percy in the 'Heroes of Olympus' series. He was, like, 16 or 17, right? Now, fast forward to 'The Trials of Apollo'. Percy's not the main character this time, but he's still a big part of the story. So, how old is he now?
Let's Do Some Math!
Alright, let's put on our thinking caps and do a little time math. The 'Heroes of Olympus' series ended in 2014, and 'The Trials of Apollo' started in 2016. That's, like, two years later. Percy's been busy with college and stuff, so let's assume he's aged normally (well, as normally as a demigod can).
Must Read
If we start with Percy being around 17 in 2014, then by 2016, he'd be... drumroll please... 19 years old!
But Wait, There's More!
Now, you might be thinking, "But what about Percy's 'aging fast' thing? You know, the whole 'I'll be an old man by the time I'm 30' deal?" Yeah, that's a thing. But remember, that's more of a 'Percy Jackson' thing than a 'Percy Jackson in 'The Trials of Apollo'' thing.
In 'The Trials of Apollo', Percy's still aging faster than mortals, but it's not the main focus. Apollo's the one getting all the attention (and misfortune) in this series. So, Percy's just chilling, being a college student, and occasionally saving the world on the side.

So, What's the Big Deal?
Okay, so maybe Percy's age isn't the most exciting thing in 'The Trials of Apollo'. But hey, it's still cool to see him growing up, right? I mean, it's like watching your favorite superhero go from high school to college. It's a new chapter in his life, and that's always exciting.
Plus, it's a reminder that even though Percy's not the main character anymore, he's still a big part of the story. He's like the wise, older demigod who's been there, done that. It's like having an awesome big brother who's always got your back.
So, there you have it! Percy Jackson is 19 years old in 'The Trials of Apollo'. Isn't it cool how he's growing up with us? Now, who's ready to dive back into the action?
