Hey there, fellow PLL enthusiasts! Let's dive into the world of Rosewood and chat about everyone's favorite hacker with a heart of gold, Wren Kingston. You might be wondering, "How old is Wren in Pretty Little Liars?" Well, buckle up, 'cause we're about to find out!
First things first, Wren isn't exactly a main character, but he sure knows how to make an entrance (and an exit, if you know what I mean). He's played by the charming Julian Morris, who's actually a few years older than his character. But let's not get ahead of ourselves, let's talk about Wren's age in the show.
Wren first graces our screens in season 2, episode 10, "The First Secret." He's introduced as Spencer's British exchange student love interest, and let me tell you, he's a breath of fresh air in the drama-filled world of Rosewood. Now, Wren's age is a bit of a mystery, even to the characters in the show. Spencer asks him point-blank in season 2, episode 17, "Over My Dead Body," and Wren's response? A cryptic, "Old enough to know better."
Must Read
But don't worry, we're not leaving you hanging! Thanks to some trusty internet sleuthing (and a little help from the show's timeline), we can make an educated guess. Wren is introduced as a 24-year-old medical student in season 2. Now, remember, PLL's timeline can be a bit wonky, but if we assume Wren ages at a normal human pace, he'd be around 27 or 28 by the time the series ends in season 7.
So, why does Wren's age matter?
Well, it doesn't, really. But isn't it fun to speculate? Plus, it's a great excuse to rewatch all those Wren and Spencer moments (swoon!). Plus, Wren's age adds a layer of complexity to his character. He's not just a love interest; he's a mentor, a friend, and a bit of a wildcard. And isn't that what makes PLL so darn entertaining?
